Please note that all returns are subject to a quality inspection to ensure the garment matches its authenticated state at the time of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Generations account and visit your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate a pre-paid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all authentication tags and secondary labels remain attached and intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of initiating the return.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our team will inspect the item for authenticity and condition; approved returns will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
